A resort fee of  $10.95 plus tax, per night is not included in the room rate.  This resort fee includes:   daily self-parking for one vehicle, in-room safe access, pool towels, guest room and public area wireless internet access, local and 800 number phone calls, fitness center access.

All guests must be over the the age of 18, security deposit $100.00 per person.

Balcony doors must remain locked for guests under the age of 25 during Spring Break season.
